I am particularly interested in hearing from people who have had positive or negative experiences with warranty service in the Czech Republic — this is something I try to document and update my guides accordingly.

If you spot an error in any of my guides — a wrong specification, an outdated price, or incorrect information about service availability — please let me know. I take accuracy seriously and will correct mistakes promptly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you recommend specific shops?
I mention retailers like Alza.cz and CZC.cz because they are where I personally buy electronics and have had generally positive experiences. I do not have any commercial relationship with them.
Can you review a specific device?
If it is something I am planning to buy anyway, possibly. I do not take requests for devices I would not otherwise purchase, as this would compromise the independence of the reviews.
Are your prices up to date?
I update guides periodically, but electronics prices change frequently. Always check current prices at Czech retailers before making a purchase decision. I note the date of last update on each guide.
Do you cover other EU countries?
Occasionally I note differences with neighbouring markets (Slovakia, Austria, Germany) when relevant, but the primary focus is the Czech Republic.
